About Us

Mini Cow Farms is a small farm owned by Joe and Marcia Preston of Republic, MO. The farm is often referred to as a petting zoo by family and friends because it is the home to horses, a mini horse, donkeys, a miniature donkey, goats, cattle, miniature cattle, dogs, cats, chickens and a pot bellied pig. Our two children, Emily and Joey, are grown and enjoying the adult life. Emily lives in Nashville, TN. where she attended and graduated from Belmont University. She loved the city so much she decided to stay. Joey is fixing up a farm house that was recently purchased and loves helping on the farm when he can.

We have always had a love and passion for animals and the empty nester lifestyle allowed us to be able to focus more attention on our miniature cows.  Our first purchase was our Belted Galloway Bull we named Double Stuff. He is a very docile, handsome boy who loves the ladies. We added to our family by purchasing 4 heifers from Pandarosa Miniature Ranch in Buffalo, Illinois and several cows, heifers, and a bull from Lil Angles Farm in Franklin, Tennessee.  We really took our time building our herd that will serve as the foundation of Mini Cow Farms and have been blessed with good genetics and loving dispositions. Our available babies will remain on our farm until weaned. We will have several babies available in 2022 .
